Legoland Hotel

Thinking about taking the family to Legoland?  Consider staying at the Legoland Hotel.  We recently spent the weekend at Legoland for my son’s 4th birthday and debated whether or not to splurge on a room at the Legoland Hotel.  We had heard mixed reviews on it but decided to book 1 night since our son is currently really into Legos.  The kids loved it.  Enter the elevator and the party begins!  The rooms have a separate area for the kids including a bunk bed and TV as well as some Lego pieces to play with.  You’ll also find a treasure chest that you must answer questions to in order to open.  A few of the positive points here are breakfast included in the price, several play areas in the lobby (though this can get pretty crowded), convenience of being right next to the entrance to the park, and there’s also a pool with a shallow wading area with oversized Legos for the little ones to build with.  Aside from that I’m not sure we would stay here again.  Obviously if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, you probably won’t get it here as you’ll be hearing kids running up and down the halls.  But this was something we wanted our kids to get to experience at least once and since it was for a special occasion we figured why not.

Know before you go:
Parking for the park is included in your room cost.
Guests have early access to the park, generally 30 minutes before doors open to the public.
